Reservations/Cancellation Conditions
- December 15 - April 30 & Holiday Bookings :
US$100.00 deposit required 14 days of making a reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival date. If booking within 90 days of arrival, full pre-payment required. If cancelled between 90-61 days of arrival, there is US$100.00 penalty. If cancelling 60-31 days prior to arrival, the reservation is non-refundable.
- May 1 - December 14 (except Thanksgiving):
US$100.00 deposit required 14 days of making a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within 30 days of arrival full pre-payment required. If cancelled 60-31 days prior to arrival, there is a $100.00 penalty. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the reservation is non-refundable.
- Group Policy :
Room Only Booking : 10 paid room, 11th room free.
Package: 11 paid, 12th person pays $110.00 US only FREE to (room and activity).
Forms of payment : US Travellers Cheques, US Cash, Company Cheques or Bankers Draft, Wire Transfer,
Credit Cards: VISA/American Express/Mastercard.
