Reservations/Cancellation Conditions
December 15 – April 30 & Holiday Bookings:
US$100.00 deposit required within 14 days of making a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. If booking within 60 days of arrival, full prepayment is required. If cancellation is 90-61 days of arrival, there is US$100.00 penalty and if cancelled 60-31 days of arrival then the reservation is non refundable.
May 1 – December 14 (except Thanksgiving)
US$100.00 deposit required within 14 days of making a reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking 30 days or less, full prepayment is due. If cancelled 45-31 days prior to arrival, there is US$100.00 penalty. If 30 days to arrival, the reservation is non refundable.
Group booking conditions are different.
Forms of payment : US Travellers Cheques, US Cash, Company Cheques or Bankers Draft, Wire Transfer,
Credit Cards: VISA/American Express/Mastercard.
